OUR PHILOSOPHY

We have traditionally always taken a private equity approach toward investing in public markets. Our investment approach is centered around participating in high quality businesses up to a reasonable price and holding the same over an extended period of time. We believe in a bottom-up approach towards stock selection and a top-down approach towards risk mitigation at a portfolio level. We substantially look at under owned  small and mid-cap companies with robust scalable businesses, pricing power, cash generation ability and limited equity dilution. Our belief is to take concentrated positions in such companies where the management interests align with our own. We understand that a thriving enterprise requires far more than capital. When we invest in a business, we also invest our teams’ expertise and time.

We re-align our exposure based on industry dynamics and market sentiment

Size of fish, size of the pond...

We believe in looking at companies where the opportunity size is large and the market is not saturated - leaving enough room for growth.

Leveraging our network to help our portfolio companies grow...

We understand that a thriving enterprise requires far more than capital. When we invest in a business, we also invest our teams’ expertise and time
